Our Policy
It is our promise to you, that we will honour your loved one in such a way as we would honour a member of our very own family.
To ensure a pleasant and professional atmosphere at your event and for the safety of our doves we follow a strict policy:
- To release only well trained, well cared for white racing pigeons which are banded with personalised band with the number of the breeder.
- To ensure the appropriate attire is worn for all events and that the release co-ordinators are reliable and on time every time.
- To not release birds in inclement weather such as heavy rain, high winds, extreme heat. A complete refund will be given for all acts of God.
- We do not release birds indoors and not after 4:00pm in winter months and 6:00pm in summer months.
- We will only release birds in the metropolitan area.
- There are some places we will not release doves due to the danger from power lines, trees or hawks. Any queries please contact us.
- Full payment must be received 1 week before release date.
